Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 選択使用されるべき複数の対物レンズを備えた光学検査
    機械において、被検体が所定の検査位置にあるとき信号
    を発生する被検体検出器と、観察倍率を設定する倍率設
    定部と、前記被検体検出器からの出力信号がある生きの
    み前記倍率設定部からの設定倍率に対応する信号を出力
    するが被検体検出器からの出力信号がないときには特定
    倍率に対応する信号を出力する制御装置と、該制御装置
    からの出力信号によりレボルバ−を回動せしめて、観察
    倍率を設定倍率または特定倍率に変更し得るレボルバ−
    回転駆動部とを含んでいることを特徴とする、自動倍率
    復帰装置。
