Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は接着剤を塗布したテープを用いる型式の使い棄
ておむつの留具に関する。
上記の如き留具として提案された種々の構成のうちの一
つは、接着剤塗布テープの略中央の区域に接着剤に対し
剥離性を有する帯片を重ねたものである。
接着剤塗布テープの１端部を折り返して上記帯片を接触
させる。
該帯片の露出された表面は剥離剤で処理されて接着剤に
対する剥離性が付与されている。
テープの上記端部は帯片の表面から容易に剥離すること
が出来るが帯片はテープの中央区域に附着したま＼であ
り、テープの該区域の接着剤が不用意に接触して粘着す
るのを防止する為に剥離可能な（従って別個に棄てる）
シートを用いる必要がない。
しかし此の構成はテープの上記端部と帯片の剥離剤で処
理した表面との間の接着性の程度を減じたことに依るも
のであり、テープの上記端部が上記の帯片の剥離剤で処
理した表面から不用意に剥離する可能性が残る。
上述の所に鑑み、本発明の第１の目的は、不用意な剥離
を防止するとともに、おむつを当てかう人が容易に剥離
し得るような上述の一般的な型式のおむつ留具を提供す
るにある。
これらの目的を達成する為に、本発明によるおむつの留
具の構造は、片面にアクリルベース接着剤を塗布した細
長いテープ片と、該テープ片の長手方向中央部の上記接
着剤塗布面に接着された帯片とから成り、該帯片の露出
面は上記接着剤に対し剥離性が付与されており、該帯片
は貫通孔を有し、上記テープ片の１端部は折返されてそ
の接着剤塗布面が上記帯片の剥離性を有する上記露出面
に接触するとともに、上煕貫通孔に整合する区域では、
上記テープ片の上記１端部の接着剤塗布面と上記テープ
片の上記中央部の接着剤塗布面とが互に接触するように
なされている。
以下に図面を参照しつつ本発明の実施例を説明する。
図面を参照すると、おむつ１０の側縁部が示されており
、該おむつは吸収材本体１２、内側の水滲透性表布１４
及び外側の水不滲透性裏布１６から成り、該裏布はおむ
つの側縁１８で折り返されて２０で表布１４に固着され
ている。
留具２２は表面２６に接着剤が塗布されたテープ片２４
を含む（第２図）。
中央に孔３０がある帯片２８をテープ片２４の中央に配
置し表面２６の接着剤で固着する。
帯片２８は剥離剤で処理した上面３２と処理されていな
い下面３４とを有するクラフト紙でよい。
テープ２４の端部３６を帯片２８の上に折返し表面３２
と接触させる（第１図）。
この形態で孔３０はテープ端部３６の接着剤塗布面２６
の該孔に整合した部分とテープ中央部分３８の接着剤塗
布面の該孔に整合した部分ととが直接接触する。
テープ片２４の他端部４０はその接着剤塗布面がおむつ
の裏布と接触し留具２２をおむつに永久的に固着してい
る。
作用を説明すると、おむつは第１図に示す形態で消費者
に渡る。
テープ片２４の端部３６を消費者が帯片２８から剥離し
第２図に示す形態を得るが、その時端部３６はおむつを
幼児に固定する為におむつの他の部分に接触させること
が出来る。
剥離材処理面３２と端部３６の表面２６の接着剤との軽
い粘着は孔３０に整合する区域に起る接着剤同志の接触
により補強される。
この様な補強の程度は孔３０の寸法及び形状の変化によ
り調節することが出来る。
種々の状況に於て、表面２６に塗布する接着剤としてア
クリルベースの感圧接着剤を用いる。
この様な接着剤は一般に、使い棄ておむつのテープ留具
に普通用いられる他の感圧接着剤の様に強い接着剤同志
の接着を生じないことが判明した。
アクリルベース接着剤はおむつの裏布として普通用いら
れるポリエチレンフイルムにはゴムベースの接着剤のよ
うには接着しないが、他の裏布材料に用いる為には充分
な接着力を有する。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はおむつ留具及び該留具を取りつけたおむつの一
部の、留具の縦軸に沿う断面図。 第２図は第１図と同様の図であるが、留具が完全に展開
されておむつを幼児にあてがう用意が出来た所を示す。 １０・・・・・・おむつ、２２・・・・・・留具、２４

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 片面にアクリルベース接着剤を塗布した細長いテー
    プ片と、該テープ片の長手方向中央部の上記接着剤塗布
    面に接着された帯片とから成り、該帯片の露出面は上記
    接着剤に対し剥離性が付与されており、該帯片は貫通孔
    を有し、上記テープ片の１端部は折返されてその接着剤
    塗布面が上記帯片の剥離性を有する上記露出面に接触す
    るとともに、上記貫通孔に整合する区域では、上記テー
    プ片の上記１端部の接着剤塗布面と上記テープ片の上記
    中央部の接着剤塗布面とが接触するようになされている
    、おむつの留具。
