力信号を同二波形方向に揃える絶体値回路と、該絶体値
回路から順次出力される信号波形の時間間隔を計測する
タイマと、該タイマの計測値が所定範囲内のときに出力
して警報を発する警報回路とで構成したことを特徴とす
