Claims (1)
呈する複数の作動電極と該電極から伸び基板の一側縁に
設けられた端子群と接続する複数のリード部を形成して
なるエネルギーとじ込め型圧電共振子を、前記作動電極
の振動を阻害しないようセラミック等よりなる一対の絶
縁覆板により挟着してなるものにおいて、上記圧電基板
に、複数の作動電極間を横切るよう振動吸収物質を盛付
けし、かつ絶縁覆板に前記振動吸収物質を収納する凹孔
または貫通孔を設けたことを特徴とする圧電濾波器。Energy trapping device formed by forming on both sides of a piezoelectric ceramic substrate a plurality of actuating electrodes exhibiting thickness vertical or thickness shear vibrations and a plurality of leads extending from the electrodes and connecting to a group of terminals provided on one side edge of the substrate.
