舶用ホイストの駆動装置において、極数変換電動機を汎
用電動機に変更すると共に、中心距離が等しく、減速比
の異なる2対のギヤー17゜18と19.20の内従動
ギヤー18.20は減速機2への軸21に固定し、駆動
ギヤー17゜19は軸9に回動自在に嵌装して、前記駆
動ギヤー17と19の間にダブル形クラッチ13を装備
して減速比を切換自在とした変速機6を前記汎用電動機
1と減速機2との間に結合したことを特徴とする舶用ホ
