Sodium percarbonate is a hydrogen peroxide adduct of soda carbonate, and compared to soda percarbonate, which has traditionally been used as a general-purpose bleaching agent, it is less likely to separate and clump when mixed with detergents, and is less likely to clump in cold water. However, it is said to have the advantages of being effective and inexpensive, and has come to be widely used for bleaching clothes and the like.

Many proposals have been made for activating and stabilizing this sodium percarbonate when it is used as a bleaching agent. For example, in order to enhance the bleaching effect at low temperatures, sodium percarbonate may be used as an activator using K, an acid anhydride such as acetic anhydride, N-acyl (IJI) such as tetraacetyl methylene diamine, or esters such as glucose pentaacetate. It is known to be used in combination with
It is already known that if catalase, which is an enzyme that decomposes hydrogen peroxide, is mixed with a powder made of hydrogen peroxide adsorbed on anhydrous carbon soda, the decomposition rate can be adjusted freely (particularly Publication No. 49-11152). Furthermore,
Preservation Neutralization of Sodium Percarbonate Various methods are known to suppress and stabilize sodium percarbonate from being decomposed under the influence of the above-mentioned activator or under the influence of humidity.

In the present invention, in a mixture of granular soda percarbonate and granular proteolytic enzyme, the enzyme is expected to be deactivated due to the oxidizing power caused by the decomposition of sodium percarbonate. This is based on the unexpected finding that KJIIl exhibits a significantly synergistic effect in bleaching and removing protein or peptide stains attached to clothing and other fibers compared to when KJIL is used alone.

That is, in the present invention, the synergistic effect of the combined use of sodium percarbonate and a protease is based on an action completely different from the known promotion of decomposition of sodium percarbonate by the combined use of sodium percarbonate and catalase. In other words, the bleaching blade of soda percarbonate is based on the oxidizing power of oxygen generated by its decomposition, but it can be used to bleach and remove eggs, milk, blood, gelatin, skin grime, and other protein-based stains as described below. As shown, an excellent bleaching effect can hardly be expected. The reason for this is thought to be that proteins are polymeric peptides and are relatively stable against oxidation. On the other hand, as is well known, proteolytic enzymes act on these proteins to reduce their molecular weight and increase their solubility in water, but when used alone, they cannot completely break down the polymers. It's nearly impossible to disassemble. According to the present invention, by using both of these together, the protein is degraded at a stage far before it is degraded into such low molecules.
The bubbles created by the decomposition of sodium percarbonate act to separate proteins with somewhat shortened chain lengths from the fiber matrix, and this is recognized to be extremely effective in bleaching and removing protein-based stains. It will be done.

As for the proteolytic enzyme, alkaline grotease is preferably used. Since this enzyme drug substance is easily deactivated when mixed with sodium percarbonate, it is preferable to use it in the form of granules coated with a water-soluble resin such as carboxymethyl cellulose or gelatin. Like the sodium percarbonate, the enzyme particles preferably have a particle size of KO91 to 2. Alkaline protease granules suitable for the purposes of the present invention are:
Enchilon 5A-100P (easily available under the trade name Rakuto Kasei #1).

According to this WAK, 0.1 to 10% by weight of proteolytic enzyme per soda percarbonate! # is added in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight. That is, if the amount of enzyme incorporated is less than the above range, no significant synergistic effect with respect to the removal of protein stains will be achieved, whereas if the amount is greater than the above range, no particular effect is associated with it. It is not possible to obtain this, and it is rather disadvantageous in terms of economic efficiency.

In addition to the above-mentioned essential components, optional auxiliary components may be added to the bleach composition of the present invention. Such auxiliary ingredients include a combination of a surfactant and a virgoos, which can further enhance the bleaching action.

In the present invention, the sodium percarbonate granules and the proteolytic enzyme granules can be supplied to consumers in the form of a dry blend in advance, or in the form of a package that allows the two to be mixed during use. It can also be supplied to people. For example, when adding proteolytic enzyme granules to soda percarbonate granules, enzyme activity is not substantially lost;
It was found that it can withstand relatively long-term storage. Of course, in order to prevent the deactivation of the enzyme, it is useful for K to suppress the decomposition of filtered soda carbonate during storage, and for this purpose, the bleach composition of the present invention can be used in combination with silica gel, alumina gel,
It is advantageous to store it in a container containing a hygroscopic agent such as a zeolite. In addition, a single container is divided into two chambers, one chamber contains granular sodium percarbonate, and the other mc contains granular protease, and both are mixed at a constant ratio when being discharged from the container. , may be K so that it is discharged.
