Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a conveyer suitable for conveyance in a steep slope, by forming a part of prescribed area in an upper side material of a main unit belt at a prescribed distance, separating or cutting to raise said part of prescribed area and forming a cross frame. CONSTITUTION:Cross frames 6 are formed on the upper surface of a belt main unit 2 of a conveyer belt by separating or cutting to raise a part 5 of prescribed area at prescribed distance except a one side 6a. In this constitution, as compared with those as conventionally adhesively with the cross frame 6 to belt main unit 2, the cross frame 6 can increase its strength and is never exfoliated, further labor hours for adhesively attaching the cross frame 6 to the belt main unit 2 can be eliminated.

A conventional conveyor belt of this type has T as shown in Figure 1.
The cross-section 1 having a cross-sectional shape of the same shape is formed by molding and vulcanization separately from the belt suspension 2, and the horizontal beam 1 which is in contact with and glued to the entire belt suspension 2 is shown in FIG. 7 or 8. A belt fixing member 4 is used, which is fixed to a corrugated selvage 3 provided along both side edges of the belt break 20 using a connecting member 4 or the like.

However, when the conveyor belt is driven, it is stretched over a casing such as a bully and runs, so it is bent and a large shearing force acts, and the horizontal crosspiece 1, which is glued with a natural vulcanizing agent, etc. The conveyor belt's short lifespan has been a bottleneck, as it often peels off and interferes with conveyance on steep slopes.

The characteristic feature of the conveyor belt of the invention is that it has horizontal bars formed by peeling or cutting out portions of a predetermined area spaced at a predetermined interval from the upper material of the non-stop belt, leaving the upper side in the middle direction. 1. With this structure, the horizontal crosspiece is not in constant contact with the belt as in the past, but is formed integrally with the belt body, so it is strong and does not peel off. Instead, the conventional method of bonding the horizontal crosspieces to the belt main body can be omitted, resulting in an advantage that the conveyor belt can be manufactured easily and at low cost.

The horizontal beams 6 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 can be used without being fixed to the corrugated selvedges 3 on both sides, and can be used to prevent objects from adhering to the containers and clogging them, as well as to provide a reinforcing effect. By doing so, the stress concentrated at the base of the horizontal beam 6 can be relaxed and the durability life can be increased.
