Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove a surplus treatment liquid in a recessed part of a treatment substance efficiently and exactly, by constituting so that a centrifugal treatment case can be inclined by about 45 degrees from its vertical attitude, and also it can be rotated slowly. CONSTITUTION:A treatment substance in a centrifugal treatment case 29 whose contained treatment liquid is removed centrigugally by quickly rotating after immersion treatment takes a moving attitude in the case 29 since the case 29 is inclined upward by operating a tilted cylinder in the following surplus liquid removal promoting stage. Subsequently, the case 29 is set to an inclined attitude, and when it is rotated slowly, the treatment substance always tends to drop in the lower direction and also is raised in the upper direction of the inclination, therefore, the attitude and the contact are varied remarkably by its free stirring operation, and as a result, the surplus treatment liquid is removed naturally and gradually from the recessed part, etc. Then, the case is returned to its vertical attitude while rotating slowly, and is subjected to the final quick centrifugal rotation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for removing excess processing liquid adhering to immersed objects, and in particular, 2) lifts the immersed objects by immersing them in a predetermined O treatment solution and simply centrifuging them. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus designed to not only remove excess processing liquid by removing the excess processing liquid, but also extremely efficiently and reliably remove excess processing liquid that cannot be removed by itself, for example, in the recess of the processing object. It is something.

However, the methods to date only use the above-mentioned centrifugal treatment as the final process. It would be better if the recesses were oriented in the outer diameter direction of the centrifugal processing case, i.e. in the direction in which centrifugal force acts, but if the recesses are oriented in the opposite direction or orientation, excess processing liquid remaining in the recesses will not be able to be centrifuged. ``As a result, more processing liquid than necessary solidified in the recesses, resulting in remaining defective parts.'' This phenomenon occurs, for example, in processing cases. The conventional device ice:
This means that it could not be completely removed.

A centrifugal processing case that can accommodate processed materials with or without a recess is rotatably supported on a case rotating head in a vertical axis position, while a immersed cypress containing a desired processing solution is placed in a fixed position. In the device for removing excess processing liquid adhering to the immersed object, the pre-delivery core processing case is capable of reciprocating between the vertical axis attitude and a desired tilted attitude, and the case The means for applying rotation to the rotor is more advanced than that for setting even slow rotation.

On the other hand, in this kind of immersion treatment equipment, a reversing drum (not shown) is installed perpendicularly to both sides of the rear side, and the material to be treated is inverted and introduced into this equipment from one side, and the centrifugal treatment case is held by a ball roller so as to receive it. (not shown), an appropriate amount is received by waiting thereon, and the processed materials described below are transferred to the next processing step by the other reversing drum (not shown) K.

In this way, the received processing object 1, for example, a flat screw with a recess for a screwdriver in the head plate as shown in FIG. 12, is placed in the centrifugal processing case (2) to the extent shown in FIG. ) is inserted, and by lowering the attachment/detachment rotating base by the elevating drive screw shaft (9), the case frame is connected and the standby state as shown in the first figure is obtained.

However, according to the processing up to this step, the processing driving wheel inside the processing case handle is as shown in Fig. 12 (with its concave part (■) facing the center of the case), or its threaded part and the mating threaded part (
Alternatively, since the liquid is centrifugally rotated while being in constant contact with the inner surface of the case, the process ends in 1 without sufficient liquid being removed by centrifugation. Therefore, the next step was to promote the removal of excess liquid.

Along with this, the processed material ■ always falls in a lower direction as shown in Fig. 11 6! While trying to move, it is lifted upward on the slope, so its free stirring action makes it suitable for that position.

The contact point changes greatly from before, and as shown in Figure 12 (the concave part ■ changes to the direction in which centrifugal action works), the contact point changes. The processing liquid is naturally removed and recovered through the slanted bottom wall, and the surplus is removed to become the processed material.

This aims at a more sufficient removal action, and also serves to change the internal process material, which has been accumulated on one side due to tilting and rotation, to an even distribution around the circumference that is optimal for centrifugal removal. The processing wheels that have been distributed through this step (1) are returned vertically and subjected to rapid centrifugal rotation in the X-Y direction. As a result, excess liquid that is about to leak out due to tilting rotation and liquid that is still accumulated can be removed. Finally, completely remove it.

In this way, the steps of immersion, fs1 centrifugal removal, removal promotion, and second centrifugal removal are explained, but in this case, one more important effect is that which depends on the processing case (to) K of a special structure.

Todoroki 17 In other words, the inner case (to) not only has an inner core trunk ring in the center and has the function of predistributing the processing driving wheels to the outside.
Since the inner case ■ itself is made of knitted mesh, the degree of contact with the processing material ■ is slight compared to a book whose inner case is a simple punching metal k, and this makes the removal of excess liquid extremely effective throughout the entire process. As a result, it is possible to provide a structure that is inexpensive, bulky, and easy to install.

At the same time, the wind noise prevention tube (2) on the outer periphery contributes to preventing the wind noise caused by rapid rotation as described above, ensures smooth rotation without rotational resistance, and can be reinforced as a structural member.

The present invention is as described above, and therefore, according to the present invention, an object that has been immersed in a predetermined treatment liquid is elevated, and the excess treatment liquid is removed simply by centrifugal rotation. For example, it has become possible to remove excess processing liquid in the recess of the processing object extremely efficiently and reliably, even if it cannot be removed by this method alone. In particular, this device is excellent in that it can be made into a device 618 with extremely high removal effects by simply adding a very simple configuration to the previous device.

The helmet may be rotated slowly in the step θ, in which case further removal is expected. In addition, the processing driving wheels include all those with recesses, and not only large ones that centrifugally rotate a single unit, but also four types including those without recesses, and those with recesses. The recess has a very wide meaning and includes, for example, a circumferential groove-shaped book, and the processing liquid can also cover a wide range of areas (for example, not only paint).
This term includes rust preventives, electrolytes, oils, etc.

1. A processing frame serving as a fixed frame supports a case and a rotary head that are movable in both horizontal and vertical directions, and a centrifugal processing case that can accommodate processing objects with or without a recess is vertically mounted. The case is supported on a rotary bed so that it can rotate in an axial position, while a immersion treatment tank storing a desired treatment track is installed in a stationary manner. The centrifugal processing case is capable of reciprocating between the vertical axis attitude and a desired tilted attitude, and the means for imparting rotation to the case is capable of setting even slow rotation. Equipment for removing excess processing liquid that adheres to immersed objects.
