  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　排気ガス圧の増大に関係して開度を増大することに
    より排気ガス圧の増大を抑制する制御弁を備えているこ
    とを特徴とする、内燃機関用消音装置。 ２　前記制御弁が、消音部としての消音器内に設けら′
    れて排気ガスの流量を制御する弁であることを特徴とす
    る、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の内燃機関用消
    音装置。 ３　前記制御弁が、消音部としての消音器に対して並列
    に設けられている排気通路の流通断面積を制御する弁で
    あることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の内燃機関用消音装置。
