However, the chemical properties are not always good, so in order to improve the corrosion resistance of the contacts, especially to prevent sulfurization,
The entire contact is often gold-plated to improve contact reliability. Such a plated contact has a drawback that the plated layer is thin, and therefore the plated layer wears out in a short period of time. Gold-plated contacts, in which gold is pasted onto the contact material, are also used, but in this case, the gold-plated portion is thick and has excellent performance, but has the drawback of high material costs and high contact prices.

As shown in FIG. 4, since the contact material portion 2 expands into the gap, the contact 6-1 is molded on only one side like the contact 6-2, and is caulked to the contact spring 7. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the contact 6-2 is inserted into the mold 10 and press-worked from above using the mold 11 to form the contact 6-6 in FIG.
The noble metal tension portions 1, 5 are localized to the contact portions 1a, 5a. Note that the contact material parts 2 and 4 are made of a metal that is more easily plastically deformed than the noble metal tension parts 1 and 5, and in this embodiment, a combination of silver is used for the former and gold is used for the latter.

Relationship with the case of the person making the amendment Patent Applicant: February 7, 1927 (Delivery date: February 1999 A contact structure characterized by press-forming a contact material into a predetermined shape from a contact material with precious metal pasted onto the material. 2. The contact structure according to claim 1, wherein the contact material is a metal that is more easily plastically deformed than a noble metal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a contact structure in which the amount of precious metal is reduced without reducing the contact reliability in a contact that uses a noble metal to improve contact reliability. Silver, which has traditionally been used in many relays, is an abundant resource, inexpensive, and has physical properties that make it suitable as a contact material. However, the chemical properties are not always good, so it is necessary to improve the corrosion resistance of the contact, especially to prevent it from becoming valuable.
The entire contact is gold plated to improve contact reliability, even if only by a 7, in many cases. In order to improve these drawbacks, the present invention attempts to reduce the amount of precious metal used by limiting the precious metal portion. The drawings will be explained in detail below. 1 to 6 are drawings for each manufacturing process showing an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a composite contact material rolled into a single strip of contact material. Reference numeral 1.5 is a noble metal cladding part which is thinner than the conventional one, 2 and 4 are contact material parts, and 3 is a contact base part. FIG. 2 shows a cross section of a contact 6-1 obtained by cutting this contact material into a small piece P and molding it into a rounded rivet shape using a mold. If this contact 6-1 is inserted into the mold 8 with the contact spring 7 in between as shown in Fig. 3, and then pressed up and down by the mold 9, the precious metal tensioned portion 1 will be squeezed by the spherical surface 9a of the mold. 4, and the contact material portion 2 expands into the gap, so that the contact 6-1 is molded on only one side like the contact 6-2 and is caulked to the contact spring 7. Next, the contact 6-2 is inserted into the mold 0 as shown in Fig. 5, and pressed from above using the mold 11, forming the contact 6-3 in Fig. 6, and the precious metal tensioned part 1 .5 is localized to the contact area +a, 5a. In addition, the contact phase part 2.・1 is precious metal tension part 1
.. A metal that is more easily plastically deformed than No. 5 is used, and in this embodiment, a combination of silver for the former and gold for the latter is used. As explained above, according to the present invention, the noble metal tensioned portion 1.5
Since this is localized to the contact time t'α, the amount of detergent used can be reduced by 1, and contact reliability is not impaired. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIGS. 1 to 6 are all according to the present invention; FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the contact point, FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-section of the contact point 6-1, and FIG. is a vertical sectional view of contact 6-1 inserted into a mold, FIG. 4 is a vertical sectional view of contact 6-2, FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view of contact 6-2 inserted into a mold, and FIG. 6 is a vertical sectional view of contact 6-2 inserted into a mold.
