光ミキサの一実施例の断面図、第２図すはこの考案によ
る光ミキサの使用例を示す図であり、図中、１はコア、
２はクラッド層、３は晃ファイバ、４は光ファイバ束、
５はミキサ部、６はクラッド層、７はミキサロッド、８
は発光素子、１０は端面である。なお、図中、同一ある
いは相当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　光フアイバ端末部のクラッド一層を化学的ま
    たは機械的に除去処理しコア部を露出した複数本の光フ
    ァイバを束ね、上記処理した端末部に熱を加えて融着す
    ることにより一体化構造にしたことを特徴とする光ミキ
    サ。
  2. （２）融着した端末部にコアより屈折率の小さなりラッ
    ド層を再形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第（１）項記載の光ミキサ。
