    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 昇降路内を昇降して各階乗場間を走行するかご、機械室
    に設置され開放状態にあるときは上記かどの走行を自由
    にし拘束状態にあるときは上記かごを停止させるブレー
    キ、このブレーキに結合され上記昇降路内に架設され上
    記かごの側方に配置され変位すれば上記ブレーキを上記
    開放状態にする条体、及び上記かご又は乗場に設けられ
    人為的操作により上記条体と係合してこれを変位させる
    操作装置を備えてなるエレベータの非常脱出装置。
