Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a welding device for steel pipe piles which decreases the eccentric load to be exerted upon an annular track and maintains the parallelism of the annular track upon a groove by constituting said device in such a way that the weight of a welding wire is acted upon the side opposite from a unit containing a welding torch and a wire drum. CONSTITUTION:A torch 51 is directed to the aiming position of a groove 91 where two pieces of steel pipe piles are connected, and while a cable 31 is fed to the torch 51, a frame body 4 is run together with a carriage 6 on an annular track 2.
