PURPOSE:To decrease the stroke of a die clamping cylinder of a casting machine and to reduce the sizes of an oil hydraulic device and the body of the casting machine by providing a stopper attachably and detachably to and from the spacing between the die clamping cylinder and a housing. CONSTITUTION:A lower stationary stand 3 and a movable slider 4 are provided in the housing 2 of a casting device 1. A die clamping cylinder 6 and a ram 7 are installed on the slider 4, and the slider 4 is moved by a stroke (a) with a side cylinder 5. A stopper 9 is inserted attachably and detachably by using an inserting cylinder or the like. れらの結果、鋳造品単価の上昇、建屋設備費、鋳造機設
備費が高価になった。

ークは型締めによるフレームの伸び等を考慮した寸法す
で十分となり、作動油量が多量に節約可能となる。これ
により鋳造サイクル時間が短くなり、刺造磯も小形化し
、設備費が従来に比べて安価になる効果がある。
