本発明は竪形ダイカスト、高圧凝固鋳造機等に係り、特
に、安価に鋳造品を製作するのに好適な鋳造機に関する

リンダー内の作動油の圧縮のため昇圧する迄に時間を要
し、鋳造サイクル時間を長く費す等の欠点もあった。こ
れらの結果、鋳造品単価の上昇、建屋設備費、鋳造機設

ダー5にてストロークaだけ移動させた後、ストッパー
9をストッパー挿入−シリンダ−10にてC′寸法棧動
して着脱する(第3図参照)。型締めシリンダーストロ
ークは型締めによるフレームの伸び等を考慮した寸法す
で十分となり、作動油量が多量に節約可能となる。これ
により鋳造サイクル時間が短くなり、刺造磯も小形化し
