面形状測定装置で検出される結果をモニタしながら研削
を進めるゆえ研削の刃物移動軸とロール軸の平行性誤差
に影響されることなく所定のロール断面形状に研削する
ことが可能となる。

の時期に任意の材料を圧延可能となり生産性の向上が成
される。又ロール組替を行って研削をする必要がほとん
どなくなる故、ロール組替による圧延停止時間も短縮さ
れ稼動率に向上する。
