Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）油圧ポンプに固定し、かつ吸入口を有するフィル
    ターベースに、ポンプの吸入口に連通ずる連通孔及びオ
    イルフィルター取付は用め′ネジを有する管状部を下方
    に突出して形成し、また前記ベースの吸入口部にロータ
    リバルブを配置すると共に、該ロータリバルブに連動し
    てカバーを設け、前記管状部のネジにより、オイルフィ
    ルターを、該フィルターと前記ベースとの間に前記カバ
    ーを挾持するようにして取付けると、前記ロータリバル
    ブが開き、またフィルターを取外すと、カバーに基づき
    ロータリバルブカ閉じるように構成したオイルフィルタ
    ーの取付は構造。
  2. （２）前記カバーを、前記フィルターを取外した際、ス
    トッパーにより所定角度で斜めになるようにその開度を
    規制した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフィルタ
    ーの取付は構造。
