Abstract

PURPOSE:To massproduce laminate film effectively in an automated process by using a two component mixing type adherent supplier where a main agent and a hardener are mixed directly before the base is coated. CONSTITUTION:Such an adherent supplying device B is used that the main agnet 2a and the hardener 2b of a two component mixing type adherent sent pressurized by pumps 16, 17 respectively from tanks 14, 15 are introduced into passages 19, 20 of a nozzle 13, then mixed with each other through outlets 22, 23 from the nozzle and discharged as adherent 2. In othe words, one side of the 1st base material 3 (such as plastic film) pultruded from a reel 1 is coated by a roll coating device A (composed of a group of rolls 9, 10, 11, 12) with the adherent 2 discharge from the nozzle 13 and then the adherent is stuck under pressure to the 2nd base 5 (such as aluminum foil) pultruded from a reel 4 to provide the laminate film 8.

Figure 411 shows an outline of the laminated film manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, in which the first base material supply 9-l is fed out and passed through the roll coating device A, where the two-component mixed adhesive 2 is coated on one side. A first base material 3 such as a plastic film (polypropylene, polyethylene, etc.) and a second base material 5 such as various plastic films or aluminum foils fed from a second base material supply reel 4 are rotated in opposite directions. The basic structure is such that a laminate film 8 is obtained by passing it between a pair of laminate rolls 6 and press-bonding it.

The 4-roll coating system is adopted in the master roll coating device A, and the fourth base material 3 is passed through the backup roll 9 and the applicator roll 10, and is stored between the doctor roll 11 and the metering roll 12. The two-component adhesive 2 is transferred to an applicator roll 10 and applied to one side of the first base material 3. The roll coating device A is equipped with a device B that supplies the two-component adhesive 2 onto the space between the doctor roll 11 and the metering roll 12. The adhesive supply device B includes a single adhesive nozzle 13 arranged facing above between the doctor roll 11 and the metering roll 12, and a base agent tank 14 that stores the base agent 2a of the two-component adhesive 2. and its curing agent 2b
a curing agent tank 15 that stores curing agent, a main agent pressure pump 16 that pumps the main agent 2a from the main agent tank 14 to the adhesive mixing nozzle 13, and a curing agent that pumps the curing agent 2b from the curing agent tank 15 to the adhesive mixing nozzle 13. Agent pressure pump 17
It consists of The adhesive mixing nozzle 13 is connected to the pump 16.
The base material 2a and curing agent 2b that are pumped in at step 17 are mixed and dripped onto the space between the rolls 11 and 12. To explain a specific structural example in FIG. 3, main agent and curing agent supply channels 19 and 20 are formed inside the nozzle body 18 in parallel to the axial direction of the doctor roll 11, and these main agent and curing agent supply channels are formed in parallel to the axial direction of the doctor roll 11. The nozzle body 18 is derived from the flow paths 19 and 20 respectively.
Base resin and curing agent lead-out grooves 22 and 23 are formed to intersect with each other at a nozzle opening 21 opened on the lower surface. In this case, when the pressure pumps 16 and 17 are driven, the base agent 2a is simultaneously pumped into the base agent supply channel 19 and the curing agent 2b is pumped into the curing agent supply channel 20. Furthermore, the base material 2a is connected to the base material lead-out groove 2.
2, the curing agent 2b passes through the curing agent outlet groove 23 and is sent to the nozzle port 21, where it joins and is mixed to form the doctor roll 11 and the metering roll 12.
It is supplied dripping on top of the gap. When the drive of the pressure pumps 16 and 17 is stopped, the base agent 2a and the curing agent 2b are separated into a base agent supply channel 19 and a lead-out groove 22, and a hardening agent supply channel 20 and a lead-out groove 23, which are separated from each other. Since the curing agent 2a and the curing agent 2b accumulate in the nozzle 13 during operation stoppage, there is no problem such as mixing and curing the main resin 2a and the curing agent 2b. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive mixing nozzle 13 includes a base agent nozzle 131 that communicates with the pressure feed path for the base resin 2a, and a curing agent nozzle 13b that communicates with the pressure feed path for the hardening agent 2b. 214 and 21b may be arranged in parallel so that they are matched with each other. .

The laminated film manufacturing apparatus of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and the adhesive mixing nozzle 13 is placed facing the roll coating apparatus A, and the main ingredient 2a of the two-component adhesive 2 and The hardening agent 2b is pumped by the respective pressure pumps 16 and 17, and the nozzle port 21 is
The main agent 2a and the hardening agent are mixed together and the mixture is fed to the roll coating device A, so the first and second adhesives using the two-component adhesive 2 are
The lamination process for base materials 3 and 5 can be automated, making mass production possible. The laminated film 8 obtained using the two-component adhesive 2 has significantly increased adhesive strength compared to a film laminated using a solvent-based adhesive, and is suitable for bonding the first and second base materials 3 and 5. It can prevent the phenomenon of peeling between the mating surfaces, and is extremely suitable for use as a packaging film for foods, etc.
