    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 現像剤を収容した容器に移動可能に設けられた検知部材
    と、この検知部材の移動を規制し上記現像剤の残量検知
    時のみ移動規制を解除する移動規制手段と、上記検知部
    材の位置を検知することにより上記現像剤の残量を検知
    する検知素子とを具備してなることを特徴とする現像剤
    の残量検知装置。
