Claims

A cylindrical positive electrode with a current collector cap placed on the top surface is inserted through a separator into the center space of a cylindrical negative electrode formed by pressing a lithium plate onto the inner peripheral surface of a bottomed cylindrical battery container that also serves as a negative electrode terminal. A cylindrical non-aqueous electrolyte battery characterized in that the cut-and-raised piece formed on the current collector cap is used as an electrical connection body or a part of an electrical connection body between the current collection cap and the positive electrode terminal member.
