に設け、該スプールには大径部と小径部とを形成し、該

リッジに挿嵌させることにより該カートリッジ内壁と前
記大径部端面との間に油室を形成し、該油室には前記出
力ポートと連通ずる油路を開口させ、かつ前記ケーシン
グ内には対向被設した一対のばね座と該各ばね座間に張
設したばねとからなるバランス装置を設け、前記各ばね
座のうち一方のばね座を前記小径部に当接させ、他方の
ばね座をブツシュロッドに当接させ、該ブツシュロッド
の先端をケーシング外に突出させてなる減圧弁型パイロ
