Abstract

PURPOSE:To confirm the state of communication between a central control device and any terminal equipment in a short time, and to improve the efficiency of utilization, by judging to any terminal equipment the central controller can communicate with on the basis of data returned through a switch for short- circuiting the communication circuit in coupling with a power switch, in the terminal devices connected to the control central device via transmission lines. CONSTITUTION:Switches 10A-10C for short-circuiting transmission lines 5a and 5b by coupling with power switches 11A-11C of terminal equipments 6A-6C are provided to short-circuit the lines 5a and 5b when the power switches are turned off. ってこのような場合、中央制御機器tj皺端末機器と連
絡がとnているか否かを確認する仁とができず、他の端
末機器との間の伝送サービスを行なわずに相当の時間待
機した後にはじめて腋端末機器の非接続もしくヰ異常を
判断することができ、しかもその異常は該端末機器の電
源スィッチが開放(OFF )であるのかその他の機能
障害であるのかを確認することはできず、結果的にデー
タ伝送装置の使用効率及び信頼性を大幅に低下させてい
た。

いるので、前記交信要求信号はレシーバ9Bを介して伝
送制御器7Bに入力さnる。そして伝送制御器7Bは、
入力された交信要求信号に基づく応答データをドライバ
8Bと伝送線路5hとを介して中央制御機器1に送信し
、相互間でデータ伝送が行な・わnることとなる。その
