し該返送信号に応じて第1の信号線に並列に接続
してあるスイツチ素子をオンオフ制御して、中央
制御装置へ電流による返送信号を中継送出するレ
シーバ回路と、第1の信号線に接続され中央制御
装置からのアクセス時に受信した制御データで上
記スイツチ素子を強制的にオフする制御用の端末
器とを備えた中継器を設け、上記第1の信号線に
上記中継器に備えた上記制御用の端末器を操作す
るための監視用の端末器を接続して成ることを特
