    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関用のシリンダライナにおいて、キャビテーショ
    ンによる孔食の発生し易いスラスト側またはこれに反ス
    ラスト側を含めた外側面のみに、耐キャビテーション性
    に富むセラミック、サーメットまたは金属の単体もしく
    は混合物のプラズマ溶射被膜を形成して成るシリンダラ
    イナ。
