ロースの質量スペクトルを示す図である。 、１・・・キャピラリーチューブ、２・・・噴霧ノズル
、３・・・ヘリウムガス用導管、４・・・ロータリーポ
ンプ、５・・・イオン化室、６・・・ＭＳイオン化部、
７・・・加熱手段。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キャピラリーチューブを通じ液体クロマトグラフによっ
    て供給される液状試料をその先端から導出させると共に
    、該キャピラリーチューブの先端部周囲から噴出せしめ
    られる噴霧ガスのジェット噴流を利用することによって
    液状試料を霧化せしめ、形成された液状試料の霧化物を
    質量分析計ＭＳのイオン化部へ導くようにした試料導入
    接置において、液状試料を霧化させるための減圧噴霧室
    を含む噴霧ノズルの外側であって、該ノズルとＭＳイオ
    ン化部との間の噴霧室の内部に霧状試料を気化させるた
    めの加熱手段を設けたことを特徴とするＬＣ／ＭＳイン
    ターフェイス。
