  1. 微小穴を有する弁座と、外縁部および複数本の腕によっ
    て支持された弁部とで構成された弁と、押圧リングの三

    弁において、前記弁の外縁部内側に調整用微小穴を有す
    る突出部を設けたことを特徴とするマイクロ弁。
