Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ギヤングヘッドを着脱可能に装着する加工ユニッ
    トを加工ステージョンに進退可能に配設し、トランスフ
    ァ装置によって前記加工ステージョンに搬送されたパレ
    ットをクランプ、アンクランプのために一定量昇降させ
    るパレット昇降装置を備えたトランスファマシンにおい
    て、前記パレット上に、ギヤングヘッドを保持する保持
    ブロックと、ギヤングヘッドの上下２か所に離脱可能に
    係合する複数の位置決めピンとを設け、これら位置決め
    ピンはそれぞれ上向きに突設され、かつ前記ギヤングヘ
    ッドとの係合深さを前記パレット昇降装置：こよるパレ
    ットの昇降量よりも小さく定められ、これにより加工ユ
    ニットの進退動作とパレットの昇降動作とによってギヤ
    ングヘッド交換を行えるようにしたギヤングヘッド交換
    装置。
  2. （２）前記位置決めピンは、前記ギヤングヘッドの底板
    の下面と、この底板の上部に固着された補助板の下面と
    に係合するようになっている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載のギヤングヘッド交換装置。
