に管外から自己を介して前記メツシュ電極へ給電するメ
ツシュ電極支持リングであって、メツシュ電極支持リン
グ本体と、このメツシュ電極支持リング本体の両端面お
よび外周面にわたって連続的に付着したシール材とを備
