Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably feed fuel oil by an apparatus of low cost, by providing a valve to keep the flow rate of fuel constant, by a vertical movement of a float to an oil-regulating tank, and by keeping the surfaces of oil of an oil-regulating tank 2 and of a combustion chamber on an equal level, in a fuel feeder which feeds oil into an oil reserving tank and an oil-regulating tank by the difference of water level. CONSTITUTION:An oil reserving tank 1 is provided to a position at a predetermined height, and the tank 1 is connected to an oil-regulating tank 2 which is provided in the lower position than the tank 1, by an oil feeding tube 3. The oil-regulating tank 2 is connected to the combustion chamber 5 of a boiler 4 by an oil regulating tube 6, and the boiler 4 is set so that the oil surface A of an oil regulating tank 2 and that B of a combustion chamber 5 come to the same level. A regulating valve 8 is provided to the oil inlet 7 of an oil regulating tank 2, and the valve 8 is opened and closed by a float 9, floating on the oil surface A. With such an arrangement, the oil surface A of an oil regulating tank 2 can always be kept on the same level by a float 9 which repeats its vertical movement minutely, according to combustion in a combustion chamber 5, so that combustion behavior in the boiler 4 is performed in a stable condition.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an improvement of a steam boiler, and unlike the conventional method of forcibly supplying fuel oil, the present invention utilizes the amount and head of oil supplied from the front needle reservoir to the combustion chamber. The oil is supplied only by gravity and can be supplied without preheating the supplied oil.

Conventional steam boilers include those that use d1M oil as fuel and those that use pulverized coal as fuel, both of which are combusted by a burner, but small boilers that use heavy oil use pressure injection, steam or air injection methods. and rotary types are known. All of these methods compress air or oil and forcibly inject it, or forcibly atomize it and combust it, and preheat the supplied oil, which eliminates the need for excess during the compression or spraying process. As the entire device is required, it is not suitable for domestic use or small boilers.

The present invention does not use any conventional extra equipment, and only makes full use of two laws of nature: the gravity of the oil is used by the drop, and the liquid V always maintains the same level surface due to its own specific gravity. It is characterized by a natural convection system for oil supply and combustion, and that there is no need to preheat the supplied oil (to around 70°C). That is, it consists of a front needle reservoir installed at a certain height, an oil adjustment tank installed below it, and a combustion chamber located at the same level as the oil adjustment tank. The oil adjustment tank and the combustion chamber are connected by an oil supply pipe, and the oil adjustment tank is connected with a horizontal Δ oil adjustment pipe, and the oil adjustment tank has an adjustment valve adjusted by a float at the inlet where oil flows from the front needle reservoir tank. is provided. Therefore, the oil naturally flows into the oil adjustment tank due to the head difference, and the flow rate is constantly adjusted to a constant level by the float, or the float repeatedly moves up and down slightly in response to the combustion of oil in the combustion chamber. This is because the oil level in the combustion chamber and the oil level in the oil adjustment tank are constantly maintained at the same level by the oil adjustment pipe. The combustion chamber is equipped with a cylinder that introduces air from above to increase combustion efficiency. With this method, once the oil is ignited in the combustion chamber, the oil is vaporized in the form of a spray, and only the amount of combustion is sequentially supplied through the oil adjustment pipe, and only that amount is transferred from the front needle reservoir to the oil. The oil will flow into the regulating tank, and a constant amount of oil will be naturally and reliably supplied to the combustion chamber without using any forced-off means.

Moreover, while the vaporized gas is burning in the combustion chamber, the high heat in the combustion chamber is conducted to the oil adjustment tank through the oil adjustment pipe, lowering the temperature in the pre-adjustment tank to a certain degree. No, it does not require the commonly used preheating process.

In this embodiment, the front needle reservoir tank 1 has a height of 511 mm above the ground from its bottom.
It is installed at a position of 0 m, stores 1001 heavy oil, and oil adjustment tank 2 always keeps 8 to 107 heavy oil as adjustment oil.
When the combustion chamber of boiler 3 was designed to hold a constant amount of heavy oil in several layers, the float 9
It has been found that the oil level A in the oil adjustment tank 2 is always kept at the same level because the oil level A repeats the movement up and down slightly.

That is, it was found that the oil regulating valve 8 was slightly opened so that an amount of oil corresponding to the combustion in the combustion chamber 5 could always be supplied. Therefore, as a result of the experiments in the examples, the flow of oil is so subtle that it cannot be seen, and the oil is supplied by convection very naturally and smoothly.

Furthermore, the high heat in the combustion chamber is transmitted to the oil adjustment tank through the oil adjustment pipe, and the temperature of the oil in the pre-adjustment tank is heated to about 70°C.
It was also revealed that the fuel was being supplied to the combustion chamber. Therefore, it has been found that there is no need to take any preheating measures.

-1= As is clear from the structure described above, the oil supply method and apparatus of the present invention only requires a certain amount of oil to be stored in the oil storage tank 1, and then the oil is supplied very naturally and smoothly according to the amount of combustion. The oil is supplied while being maintained at a certain temperature or above, and without using any forced means, the natural law that the weight of the oil is the difference in head, and the liquid is kept at a certain distance through a freely flowing pipe, and the external pressure is maintained. This is an extremely simple, simple, and highly effective revolutionary natural convection oil supply method and device for a boiler, which utilizes the natural law of liquids that the liquid level is always at the same level.
