Claims (1)
排気の除湿除塵乾燥を行う系列機器、放射能減衰器、真
空ポンプ入口開閉弁、真空ポンプ、スタックが直列に管
路接続され、前記主復水器出口開閉弁の入口側と前記真
空ポンプ入口開閉弁の出口側とを接続するバイパス管路
が設けられ、且つこのバイパス管路中に直列に2個のバ
イパス管路開閉弁が接続されている気体廃棄物処理装置
において、前記2個のバイパス管路開閉弁のうち少なく
とも管路下流側にある開閉弁よりそれぞれ高い位置にあ
る管部又は室部を有する液室を備えた管路によって前記
2個のバイパス管路開閉弁を接続し、前記管部又は液室
に前記下流側にある開閉弁より高い液位まで封入液体番
別置給液源から開閉弁を介して給断自在に供給する給液
管を前記管部又は液室に接続し、且つ前記管又は液室を
備えた管路から前記封入液体を開閉弁を介して排留自在
に排出する排液管を前記管部又は液室を備えた管路の最
