Claims (1)

子により発生されて前記導管の透明な部分を透過した光
の径路に配置されて受光量に応じた電気信号を発生する
光電変換器とを含んでおり、前記発光素子により発生さ
れた光は前記導管の透明な部分の全一にわたって当該部
