Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストンロッドと一体的に形成されたピストンと、上記
    ピストンロッドを所定基盤面に沿って伸延するようにそ
    の基盤に固定的に支持するピストンロッド支持部と、上
    記ピストンを内部に収容し圧力流体を供給されて上記基
    盤面に沿って進行移動するように設けられた移動シリン
    ダと、上記基盤面に形成された案内溝に沿って移動可能
    な移動台にレバー状に枢軸支され上記基盤と向って回動
    せしめられることによりクランプ動作するクランプ金具
    と、上記移動シリンダと一体的に形成され″　　圧力流
    体を供給されて上記金具にクランプ動作を行わせるクラ
    ンプシリンダとからなるクランプ装置において、上記移
    動シリンダに対する圧力流体供給路が上記ピストンロッ
    ド及びピストン内に形成され、上記クランプシリンダに
    対する圧力流体供給路が上記移動シリンダの進行端位置
    において上記クランプシリンダに連通ずるように上記移
    動シリンダ内面に開口していることを特徴とするクラン
    プ装置。
