Abstract

とに入り、ここで矢印で示すように石灰水/aが送入さ
れ第3工程の後練りが一実施される。この2軸攪拌機♂
は円筒10.10’を円筒軸方向に互に一部開放して接
合し、この円筒10.10’各々の内部に第、!図1に
示すような配置のプレート7を有する軸り、91が回軸
可能に収容され、各軸り、り1のプレート7の径方向は
互にljoずらされて配置される。第3工程において石
灰水と混合されたマンナン糊はこの第3工程で攪拌が万
遍なく行なわわ、こんにゃく糊が製造されるが、上記装
置を使用する製造方法はマンナン糊と石灰水との攪拌を
主体にした方法であるので、糊の凝固作用促進または糊
の粘性を増進させることはできない。
