By adding it as one of the preparatory tools for a machine tool with this function, it eliminates the need to stop the machine only to remove chips, enables automatic operation for longer periods of time, and allows for the accumulation or arbitrary removal of chips. This makes it possible to discharge to a specific location.

The bin 8 is positioned, and the air passage 11 bored in the block 9 and the air passage 12 bored in the bottle 8 are communicated with each other. In this state, when compressed air is sent from A, the compressed air flows through the pipes in the tool holder 2 as indicated by the arrows B and C, and the compressed air in the pipe 13 reaches the flow path 14 formed in the tool holder 2. , a bush 1 forming the rear end of the nozzle 4
5 and the tool holder 2, and communicates with the flow path 14, and is ejected from the discharge nozzle 3 to the pipe line 17 through a gap 16 that opens toward the rear end of the nozzle 4, and from the discharge nozzle 3 as shown by the arrow D. E is emitted into the atmosphere. At this time, D. Using the negative pressure generated at the tip of the nozzle 4 by compressed air passing through E, chips are sucked up from the tip of the nozzle 4 and discharged from E at the same time as the compressed air.

The chips that are blown up and rolled up are sucked up from the nozzle 4.
