Claims (1)
プを商用電源で駆動することにより、流体の吐出圧力を
制御するポンプ制御装置において、複数台のポンプ駆動
電動機をそれぞれインバータ・ 装置と商用電源
のいずれからも給電可能とするための切換接触器と、吐
出流量を検出する流量比較器などよりなる圧力制御系及
びポンプの運転順序を一定方向に制御する台数制御装置
を備え、該流量比較器の信号を該台数制御装置に入力す
るごとく構成し、流量増大時は該インバータ装置で駆動
中のポンプ駆動用電動機を商用電源駆動に切り換え、か
つ該インバータ装置を前記台数i御装置により新規に追
加駆動すべきポンプ駆動用電動機に接続し、又流量減少
時は前記台数制御装置により、稼動中のポンプ駆動用電
動機の内最初に商用電源駆動になったポンプ駆動用電動
機を切離すごとく制御し、かつ前記インバータ装置を新
規に追加すべきポンプ駆動用電動機に接続する際はイン
バータ装置を一旦圧力制御系から切離して時定数の小さ
い制御装置による制御に切り換えた後に行い、新規に追
加されたポンプ駆動用電動機が規定の回転数に達した後
に該インバータ装置を該圧力制御系による制御に戻し、
又前記流量減少時に前記商用電源よりポンプ駆動用電動
機を切離す際は前記インバータ装置を一旦圧力制御系か
ら切離して時定数の小さい制御装置による制御に切り換
えた後に行い、該インバータ装置で駆動されるポンプ駆
動用電動機が規定の回転数に達した後に該インバータ装
置を該圧力制御系による制御に戻すごとく制御すること
