Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the transport efficiency by transporting sheets to which heat resistant wires coated with a molten resin are attached. 目的とする所は従来のこの種薄板の上面搬送技術は、薄
板の下面を開閉体で支持すると共にその上面をコンベア
で駆動して搬送を継続する開閉コンベア方式のものか、
或いは薄板の上面をファンの吸引力により多孔ベルト等
に吸着して搬送を継続する吸着コンベア方式のものか、
若しくは薄板の上面を植針ベルトに刺着して搬送する刺
着コンベア方式のもの等であったから、開閉コンベア方
式のものは下面に位置する開閉体の開閉速度に限界があ
って高速対応性に欠け、吸着コンベア方式のものは吸引
力を発生するファンの効率が低位なため大電力を要して
省エネルギーに欠け、刺着コンベア方式のものは薄板に
刺し傷を与えその材質も限定されて汎用性に欠ける等の
幾多の難点があったものであるから、これら従来技術の
難点を悉く払拭した、高速対応性と省エネルギーと汎用
性に優れた薄板の上面搬送技術を樹σすることによって
、薄板の上面搬送による寸法別1等級別等の新規な仕分
方法を提供しようと図ったものである。

有するピアノ線等の線条1はエンドレスに接続されてい

+案内ロー/L/6a、6b等の夫々に廻動自在に懸架
されると共に前記冷圧ロー)v 4の手前に適宜の熱源

る搬出コンベア10−Lに各別に仕分されて受渡され、
史にまた前記搬送i程の末端部では該末端部に設けられ
た線条10浦率半径より大径の引剥しIJ−ル5によっ
て残りの全駄の4仮6″が線条1から連続的に引剥がさ
れて直下の搬出コンベア10′Hに受渡されるように第
6エ程が装置されているものである 次に1だ前記第6
エ程で薄板6′、6″の上面から引剥がして回収した線
条1は7p布ノズル7の手前に設けられたダイス等の清
掃部材11によってその外周のホットメルト樹脂−2に

速変に限界があって高速対応性に欠ける難点や、吸着コ
ンベア方式のものの吸引力を発生するファンの効率が区
位なため大電力を要して省エネルギーに欠ける難点や、
刺青コンベア方式のものの薄板に刺し傷を学えその(オ
質も限定されて汎用性に欠ける難点があったもの等を悉
く解消して、高速対応性と省エネルギーと汎用性に優れ
た薄板の上UfJ搬送技術を樹脂して薄板の上面厳送に
