Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent coal dust from flying-up and scattering by erecting a mesh- like fence on a partition wall of an outdoor coal stocking equipment and further putting up a net on the top of the fence. CONSTITUTION:When wind blows in the direction of arrow P, a portion of the wind passes through one gauge 13 to flow on the upper portion of the interior of a partition wall 11 as shown by arrow Q so that a spiral flow is produced at the rear side of the partition wall 11 as shown by arrow R. Since the partition wall 11 is provided on the top with the gauge 13, wind is decelerated when it passes through the gauge 13 so that flow speed of spiral flow shown by arrow R becomes very small. As a result, flying-up of coal dust is substantially reduced. Also, even if wind shown by arrow Q passes through a net 15 to join with wind shown by arrow S, coal dust hardly passes through the net 15 since the net 15 serves as a kind of filter.

However, if there is a danger of butterflies or lice like the one shown by arrow A blowing in a conventional coal storage device like this, the lice will be attacked by IJ.
#[111 passing through the upper end of ll is generated and accelerated,
As a result, a negative pressure is generated on the back surface tm of the retaining I'll, and a swirling flow whose horizontal distance is 2)j to 6 times the height of the retaining lit as shown by the arrow C is generated on the rear surface tm of the retaining I'll. Coal dust is generated, and this swirling flow raises coal dust,
There was a time when this raised coal dust was widely scattered by lice that flowed over the top of the retaining wall l as shown by arrow B. To avoid this problem, conventional storage methods were used. Treatments such as curing the coal inside with water and spraying a surface coating agent are carried out, but these processes are laborious and have the disadvantage of significantly increasing storage costs. Other conventional coal storage devices have been installed with a roof and are of the internal type, but this has the drawbacks of lengthening the construction period and significantly increasing construction costs. The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an outdoor coal storage device that can effectively prevent the formation of coal dust without the need for occasional treatment, and can be constructed in a short period of time and at low construction costs. Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to q. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a retaining wall, and coal 20 can be stored in a location surrounded by this retaining wall Wtt. A plurality of pillars 12 are erected at intervals in the longitudinal direction on the retaining cell. A wire mesh (mesh-shaped 2) fence) 1B is stretched between the pillars IJ7). Further, a couple 14 is stretched between the upper portions of the supporting columns 127) facing each other. A net 16 made of, for example, vinyl chloride or wire mesh is supported on this couple 14.
The net 15 covers the upper part of the enclosure I'll, that is, the upper part of the area where the coal I is stored.

The stacker reclaimer is designed to run on a rail 17 laid in the center of the 16ti retaining wall 11, and the stacker reclaimer 16 and belt conveyors 18, 19, etc. move the coal to the retaining wall 11. It is designed to be carried into the interior or, conversely, carried out to the outside.

Next, I will explain the operation of my outdoor coal storage device mentioned above with reference to the figure below. ◎When the wind as shown by arrow P blows, a part of this nWLP passes through one wire mesh 18 and is retained. l1
It flows in the upper part of the wll as shown by the arrow Q, and a swirling flow as shown by the arrow R occurs on the back side of the wll.◎
By the way, since the wire mesh 1B is provided at the upper end of the recess I, when the lice pass through the wire mesh 18, the flow velocity is reduced. For example, if the mesh of the wire mesh 1B is about 1 m, the flow velocity will be approximately half. become. Therefore, the velocity of the swirling flow shown by arrow R is much smaller than that of the conventional flow. As a result, the amount of coal dust thrown up by the swirling flow is significantly reduced. Also, even if coal dust is kicked up by the swirling flow and gets on the lice shown by the arrow Q, these lice will pass through the other wire mesh 1B and flow out of the retainer. This prevents coal dust from passing through here. Note that even if the coal dust passes through the other wire mesh 18, the lice passing through the other wire mesh 18 are further decelerated here, so the coal dust will not be scattered far. On the other hand, even if the louse indicated by the arrow Q passes through the net 15 and joins the louse indicated by the arrow S, the coal dust will hardly pass through the net 1 because each of the louses serves as a filter. do not have.

Here, for the outdoor coal storage device with the above configuration, put a support lz on the top of 11, stretch a wire mesh 18 between these supports 13, and also stretch a cable 14 between the supports 13.
Since it has an extremely simple structure in which the structure is supported by the base plate 14, it can be constructed in a short period of time and at low construction cost.

Further, in the above embodiment, the wire mesh 1B with a single pitch mesh is provided between the supports 12, but the wire mesh 1B is not limited to n+. They may be provided parallel to each other and shifted in four directions. Also, instead of the wire mesh 18.0 with a high-pitched mesh, a wire mesh whose mesh gradually becomes smaller from the top to the bottom may be provided, and further in the upper half. The mesh is 10 yni, and there is a wire mesh for the root bark, and there is a mesh in the lower half! You may use a wire mesh with a size smaller than U. If you hang it like this, you can make the mesh of the wire mesh near the top of the retaining site smaller, and the flow velocity of the wind passing through the upper part of the retaining site will be further reduced. As explained above, according to the outdoor coal storage device according to the present invention, a mesh-like υ fence is erected on the retaining top, and a net ÷ is provided between the upper parts of the fences D that face each other. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent coal dust from scattering without any special treatment as in the case of conventional methods, and therefore, storage costs can be significantly reduced. In addition, the structure is simple, and it can be completed in a short period of time. It has the advantage of being able to be constructed at low construction costs.
