前加工として行う板部材の研削加工を示す図、第２図は
組立作業を示す断面図、第３図は真空チャック定盤の吸
着面を示す平面図、第４図は集束性光伝送体の全体斜視
図である。 尚図面中、１は光伝送体、２は円柱状レンズ、４は板部
材、１０は真空チャック定盤、１４は吸気孔、２２は基
盤、２５は上盤、２８はブラケット、Ｓは排気室である
。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円柱状レンズを列状に並設したレンズ列を二枚、　の板
    部材で挟着して集束性光伝送体を組み立てる装置におい
    て、上下に対向配置された上盤及び基盤と、これら上盤
    及び基盤に夫々接続された真空・排気手段と、表面側に
    上記板部材を吸着固定する多数の吸気孔を有し、且つ背
    面側に開口され、該吸気孔と連通ずる排気室を備え、上
    記上盤及び基盤の夫々に吸着固定可能な二つの真空チャ
    ック定盤と、これら真空チャック定盤の側部に夫々形成
    したブラケットをクランプして上下の真空チャフ゛り定
    盤を締結するクランプ手段とから成る集束性光伝送体の
    組立装置。
