Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　筒状吸着体２をその中心線周りで所定方向に回転す
    る回転装置を設け、この吸着体２の回転経路を被吸着物
    含有気体通過域Ａと、脱着再生用気体通過域Ｂとに区画
    し、後処理装置７への流路６と、前記脱着再生用気体通
    過域Ｂの入口への返送流路９とを前記脱着再生用気体通
    過域Ｂの出口に連通接続しである吸脱着装置。 ■　前記脱着再生用気体通過域Ｂの出口は、前記°−吸
    着体２の回転方向上手側と下手側とに分割されていて、
    その上手側出口Ｂ□に前記後処理流路６を連通接続し、
    その下手側出口Ｂ２に前記゛返送流路９を連通接続しで
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第■項に記載の吸脱着装置
    。
