の点で限界があり、ある程度以上は不可能である。そこ
で多層基板化が計られるが、コスト的に高価となるばか
りか、全体には不要であるのに全体を多層化する等の不
合理がある。

て基体の位置決めを容易に行なえるようにしたものであ
る。以下本発明を実施例を示す図面に基づいて説明する
