、通路の外側に位置すると共に、上記のバネ圧よりも大
きな受圧面積を有するダイヤフラムにより気密状に設け
た中空室と、この中空室と弁座の手前側通路とを連通状
とするパイプと、このパイプの途中に設けた電磁弁と、
弁座の前方の通路に中空室のガスを排出するよう設けた
