DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention involves applying punching oil 3 onto a plate material 2 that can be moved in one direction on a punching die 1, and then applying grooves 4 to match the punched shape.
is recessed on the plate material 2 with a groove processing punch 5, and after removing the punching oil 3 on the plate material 2 leaving the punching oil 3 in the groove 4 before punching, punching out the plate material 2 with a punch 6. The present invention relates to a method for punching out a plate material.

However, since the punching oil 3 remained on the laminated surface 9 of the iron core 7, many adhesion failures occurred, and when this iron core 7 was used as a ballast, the heat generated by the iron core 1 caused the core to break. There was a drawback that the oil 3 boiled out and accelerated the deterioration of the varnish impregnated into the iron core 7.

In the present invention, before punching, the punching oil on the plate material is removed while leaving the punching oil in the groove, and then the plate material is punched out with a punch, so that no punching oil remains on the surface where the iron cores are stacked. , The advantage is that the adhesive is not adversely affected by the punching oil, eliminating poor adhesion of the iron core, and even if the iron core generates heat when used as a ballast, the punching oil will not boil out. This has the advantage that the deterioration of the varnish impregnated into the iron core is not accelerated by the punching oil.The punching oil is applied to a plate that can be moved in one direction on the punching die, and then the punching shape is Since grooves that match the grooves are made on the plate material using a groove processing punch, the wall thickness of the part where the plate material should be punched becomes thinner, making punching easier, which greatly extends the lifespan of the punch and die. It can be extended, and due to the presence of grooves on the plate material, even if unnecessary punching oil on the plate material is wiped off, sufficient punching oil will remain in the groove, which is necessary for the shearing part of the punch. In addition, there is an advantage that sufficient punching oil is supplied and there is no chance of damaging the punch or punching die. Before punching, the punching oil on the plate material is removed while leaving the punching oil in the groove. This method has the advantage of not requiring cleaning equipment to remove punching oil.
