Abstract

PURPOSE:To discharge the fume due to toner scattering and toner fusion which are generated when a flash lamp emits the light, from between the lamp and a form in a copying machine, a printer, or the like the electrophotographic system. CONSTITUTION:A table 8 where a form 1 is guided is covered with a pre-fixing cover 4 and a post-fixing cover 6 to form a discharge chamber 9 between a flash fixing part 5 and the table 8 where the form 1 is guided toward the position just under the flash fixing part 5, and a discharge hole 10 is opened on the post-fixing cover 6, and the scattered toner and the fume of the fused toner which are generated on the surface of the form are discharged through this discharge hole 10.
