Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、磁気記憶装置等に使用する薄膜磁気ヘッドと
、とくに磁性薄膜から成る磁極片で非磁性薄膜から成る
絶縁体によって互いに絶縁された多層の導電体を取り囲
み、かつ書き込み読み出し用ギャップを形成した薄膜磁
気ヘッドに関する。

プ部の中間および上部絶縁体3bをエツチングにより取
り除き、上部絶縁体3aだけ残し、これによりギャップ
を形成するものである。
