There are chemical tankers that transport primary or secondary products such as propylene oxide to their destinations, but the tank structure of these chemical tankers is called the parcel system, which consists of multiple square-shaped tanks installed under the upper deck. A variety of chemical substances are loaded into the plurality of square-shaped tanks and transported.

This invention provides an economical chemical tanker that can load and unload many kinds of chemicals without leaving any residue and by using inexpensive pumps. A part of the tank is fixed via a transformer material and a longitudinal part, and the other part of the tank on the deck is fixed to a plurality of supporting members that are continuously fixed to the bottom of the tank in the width direction of the hull. In order to reinforce the upper deck, it is supported on the upper deck by being placed on supporting materials fixed continuously in the width direction of the hull, so that deformation in the longitudinal direction of the hull is not transmitted to the tank above the deck. The deck tanks are arranged at multiple intervals in the longitudinal direction of the hull, and a cargo handling pump is provided on the upper deck between the deck tanks, and the cargo handling piping from the cargo pump is connected to the deck tank. It is characterized by being connected to an opening formed at the bottom of the tank.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the upper deck 2
A part of the deck upper tank 9 is fixed on top by a transformer material 16 arranged in the width direction of the hull and a partial longitudinal material 17 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the hull 1, and the other part is fixed only in the width direction of the hull. A bottom support member 18 that also serves as a reinforcement for the upper deck tank 9 is placed and fixedly supported on a support member 19 that also serves as a reinforcement for the upper deck 2.

Therefore, even if the hull 1 undergoes longitudinal displacement, ie, deformation such as hogging or sagging, the upper deck 2 and the upper deck tank 9 will be affected by the transformer material 16 and the partial longitudinal material 1.

Incidentally, since the above-mentioned deck tanks 9 are arranged at intervals of 10, from this point of view as well, the influence of the above-mentioned hull deformation on the deck tanks 9 is small, and compared to an integrated tank extending in the longitudinal direction of the hull 1. The potential for lightweight construction is obvious.

As explained above, according to the present invention, (1) In order to load various types of cargo on the upper deck of a deck provided on the upper deck, the upper deck tank is divided into a plurality of tanks, and the tanks are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the hull. In addition, the structure is such that only a portion of each deck upper tank is fixed to the hull, and the other portions are placed on and in contact with the upper deck, so that deformation in the longitudinal direction of the hull does not affect the deck upper tanks. There is no risk of the transmission being transmitted as is, and as a result, the deck tank can be made lightweight, which is very advantageous in terms of cost. Also, since the deck tank can be mounted as one tower, the hull construction cost can be greatly reduced. savings can be achieved.
