Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）焦電体素子を導電性焼結体上に取付けたことを特
    徴とする赤外線検出器。
  2. （２）前記導電性焼結体は、１個以上の孔を有す不こと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の赤
    外線検出器。
  3. （３）前記導電性焼結体は、一本以上の溝を有すること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の赤
    外線検出器。
  4. （４）前記焦電体素子と前記導電性焼結体とは、導電性
    接着材で接続固定したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項、第２項または第３項に記載の赤外線検
    出器。
  5. （５）前記導電性焼結体は、導電性フェライトで成るこ
    とを特徴とす、る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２
    項、第゛３項または第４項に記載の赤外線検出器。
