本発名は昭和56年特許願第075527号に、記載さ
れたごとく加熱工程を必要とせす、雑多なる廃油を一括
して粉末ないし固型状の燃料に再生する方法であり、廃
油に対して、その重量の5〜700%の生石灰を混合す
る事により、含有水分と生石灰を反応せしめ、さらに適
量の石炭粉を混合し、混練したのち放冷し、目的の燃料
を得る方法において、石炭粉を混合する以外に、石炭粉
