Not only does it require considerable skill to accurately maintain the spacing and parallelism between the reinforcing bars (31, 32), but also the intersection P of the vertical bars 31 and horizontal bars 32 must be tied together with wire, etc. As a result, the efficiency of the installation work was poor and the cost of reinforcing steel work increased.

(2) There is a reinforcing bar in the reinforcing bar receiving groove 3 to prevent the reinforcing bar from slipping out. Since the projections 4 are formed, the reinforcing bars 11 fitted into the reinforcing bar receiving grooves 3 will not come out of the reinforcing bar receiving grooves 3, and there is no need to repair the assembled reinforcing bars. (3) Wire material with reinforcing bar training 2 Since the reinforcing wire rod 7 is fixed along the positioning wire rod 1, the positioning wire rod 1 will not be stretched by external force, and the appropriate length and spacing between reinforcing bar receiving grooves can be maintained at all times.
