    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水車のドラフトパイプに、３本足で一致させたセンター
    ポールを取付け、このセンダーボールの上部に取付けた
    アームの一方の端には一つの重錘を乗せ、他端にはピア
    ノ線を他の重錘で垂直に降して荷重をバランスさせ、前
    記アームの取付部１ヨ、前記アームが微調整で任意の方
    向にすべり移動が可能であり、しかも、前記センターポ
    ールとの取付面に対して、前記アームがスムーズに回転
    できる構造をもつことを特徴とする縦軸水車のセンター
    リング法。
