ンパの縦方向と横方向の共振周波数がそれぞれ同調する
よう設定したことにより、車両走行中の車輪部に起因す
る種々の振動、騒音を一挙に大巾に軽減することができ
るもので、構造が極めて簡単且つ廉価であることと相俟
って実用的価値甚た犬なるものである。
