    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光信号にて直接点弧される光トリガサイリスタに
    おいて、光信号を導入するための光結合コネクタを前記
    光トリガサイリスタの外囲器より離して設けたことを特
    徴とする光トリガサイリスタ。
  2. （２）前記光結合コネルタを光トリガサイリスタのカソ
    ード電極に電位固定したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の光トリガサイリスタ。
